Seamless flooring for office refurb

Diespeker resin based terrazzo flooring now provides a seamless surface for the refurbished 12 Gough Square, EC4.

The multi-let office was originally built in 1992 on the south side of Gough Square and is an attractive building with an enviable location.

It was acquired by London investor Dorrington in 2016 before undergoing substantial refurbishment using innovative design to attract a diverse tenant base.

Diespeker provided over 200m² of poured bespoke resin based terrazzo for the flooring for the reception, lift lobby and restrooms.

In addition, Diespeker supplied and fixed wall panels for internal cladding made in the Bermondsey factory, along with treads and risers with brass inlays.
